goldenph is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement. All accounts require government ID verification before any real-money gameplay is permitted.
goldenph operates under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Players must be physically located in eligible jurisdictions.
Each individual may hold only one goldenph account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing accounts between players is prohibited.

This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. goldenph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
Important: Under-age gambling is illegal in the Philippines. It is a criminal offense to allow a person under 21 years of age to gamble or to assist a minor in accessing gambling services. goldenph takes this obligation seriously and will report suspected violations to the appropriate authorities.

To create a goldenph account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
goldenph is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all players prior to permitting real-money gameplay. You must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License (LTO), PRC ID, and SSS/GSIS ID. Verification is typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes during operating hours.
Each player may hold only one (1) active goldenph account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. goldenph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances where multiple accounts are detected. This includes accounts registered using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods by the same individual.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goldenph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. goldenph will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you unless you notify goldenph immediately upon discovering unauthorized access.
goldenph accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. goldenph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.
The minimum deposit amount is fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50.00). There is no maximum deposit limit, though higher deposits may be subject to additional verification requirements under PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
All transactions on the goldenph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, which may include a conversion fee.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your goldenph account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are credited within one (1) to three (3) banking hours during normal banking operations. goldenph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits and that are registered in the same name as the goldenph account. goldenph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within three (3) minutes on average. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to four (4) banking hours. goldenph's processing target does not guarantee delivery times subject to the payment processor's own systems.
The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00).
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Real money funds and withdrawable bonus winnings are kept in separate ledger entries within your goldenph account balance.
goldenph reserves the right to delay, suspend, or permanently withhold withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, goldenph will notify the player and follow PAGCOR's prescribed dispute resolution process.
goldenph offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all goldenph promotional offers:

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, goldenph's total liability to any player arising from or related to their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, less any withdrawals received during that period.
goldenph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond goldenph's reasonable control (including internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events).
goldenph's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the goldenph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to goldenph's data processing activities as described in the Privacy Policy. goldenph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in all data handling activities.
goldenph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or SMS to the contact details on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently by PAGCOR regulatory directives. Continued use of the goldenph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the goldenph platform shall first be submitted to goldenph's internal dispute resolution process. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved through the above procedures.
